Your 30-Night Comfort Trial
Try your new bed or mattress for up to 30 nights from the day it arrives. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within this period to arrange a return and refund.

- We offer a return collection service (£75). This fee is deducted from your refund.
- Alternatively, you can arrange your own return. Please contact us for the return address and any other details.
- Please ensure your item is clean, undamaged, and securely packaged (ideally in the original packaging).
- To schedule collection, provide a photo showing the item fully packaged and ready for pick-up.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in reasonable condition. If your bed or mattress shows damage, stains, tears, or structural defects, we may deduct up to 75% from your refund to cover repair or refurbishment.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom-made or bespoke items are created specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or refunds. The 30-night trial does not apply to these products.
Delivery Issues & Damage on Arrival
- Check your order carefully on delivery and sign only if no visible damage is present.
- If you find damage after unpacking, notify us within 48 hours. Claims made after this period may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Changing Your Mind
- Returns for change of mind are accepted; a £75 return collection fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges for different sizes or colours are subject to the £75 fee for both collection and re-delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, a £75 failed delivery fee will apply.
Assembly & Delivery Services
- Standard delivery is to your doorstep or just inside your front door.
- With our assembly service, we’ll carry your bed up to two flights of stairs and set it up in the room you choose, provided it’s safely accessible.
- For deliveries above the second floor, a working lift must be available. Without lift access, a £75 surcharge applies.
- The assembly fee is non-refundable if delivery or assembly can’t be completed due to access problems.
Removal of Existing Bed
If you selected our removal service, your existing bed must be dismantled and ready for collection. We do not offer dismantling as part of this service.
Refund Process
- Once your returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Collections
- We provide collection for returns at a fee of £75, deducted from your refund.
- Collection typically takes 5 to 10 working days, and we will keep you informed throughout.
Cancellations & Delivery Changes
- You can cancel your order any time before a delivery date has been scheduled for a full refund.
- After a delivery date is confirmed (via email or SMS), a £75 cancellation fee applies.
- If you miss your delivery, a £75 redelivery charge will be added.
- Delivery dates can be changed free of charge within 24 hours of confirmation. Changes requested after this period will incur a £75 fee.
